John Doe's Newest Opponents

The Wisconsin Supreme Court.

They can't hear the John Doe Case, can they? With their record of collaboration?

    1. Do you actually think that the Obomba DoJ will intervene here? Seriously, where big campaign money is involved?

  2. I would like to see Chisholm take up O'Keefe's demand and appoint a special prosecutor to investigate himself [Chisholm]. This would result in a public report about the evidence that Chisholm and the investigators possess and would put Chisholm on the offensive instead of being restricted by the gag order ,while O'Keefe defies the order and runs his mouth. If the Supreme Court is going to shut the Doe down lets get another legal investigation going that O'Keefe called for that he then can't call for its termination as he used his free speech rights to request. A special prosecutor could make his findings public and keep this case in front of the public especially prior to the election. If Walker and his associates would try to stop the special prosecutor then they obviously are hiding their misdeeds and then a request for a U S DEPT. OF JUSTICE investigation could be called for. Most importantly if the Supreme Court were to end Doe this could get in front of that action and allow Chisholm's evidence to become public!

    1. I called for O'keefe's prosecution the day the WSJ article was published, glad to see you have taken up the issue also. US DoJ will not intervene, don't hold your breath, that's bad for your health.

  3. The four justices who received millions should recuse themselves. But how will that happen? My (perhaps naive) hope is that the outside world might give this publicity. I wrote to Robert Reich, hoping he will write something about this in his newspaper column. Maybe it will happen.

I will keep writing to journalists who might be able to help on a national level. For some of them, it is hard to find email addresses. If you would like to suggest names here of journalists to contact, please list them, and I will write to them. Also, if any of you have time to write to them, that would be great too. I think all of us are helping in our own way, trying our best to keep some fairness in life.

I feel conservatives are counting on very few people finding out that the justices received so much money.

    Thank you.

  4. This is the USSC case that says they should recuse themselves

Every outlet in Wisconsin should be noting this and demanding the justices involved bow out.

Consider sending this to your local paper.

    2. Should we be looking for pictures of the four justices at the Riviera, spending their ill-gained millions? Maybe they splurged someplace closer to Wisconsin.

    3. Their ill-gotten millions were spent to "buy" their positions on the Supreme Court of Wisconsin, where they will rubber-stamp Walker signing into law the "Life Begins at Conception" law proposed by Andre Jacques, making birth control pills illegal. After challenges in the lower courts, Judge Randa will rule that the law stands, while his wife the anti-abortion zealot does cartwheels.

  5. Thank you for the URL. I will ask my partner if we dare write to our local paper, where we're not allowed to be anonymous. We don't live in a liberal area. It occurred to me that perhaps national comedians, such as Stephen Colbert, might help us. Thanks again.

  7. From the link:

"....the United States Supreme Court held that the Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment requires a judge to recuse himself not only when actual bias has been demonstrated or when the judge has an economic interest in the outcome of the case, but also when "extreme facts" create a "probability of bias."

Considering that four justices salary are due to expenditures made by the plaintiffs, and the plaintiffs criminal record will be decided by those justices, I'd say there is a pretty good case to be made that "extreme facts" create a "probability of bias".

I'd also like to point out that we haven't seen what documents the investigators have that implicate any of these justices. That information of coordination would also likely be justified as "extreme facts".

    1. If the justices themselves are implicated in the criminal schemes, doesn't that by definition mean there has to be another entity deciding this?

Given O'Keefe's squealing all over talk radio, he's clearly going to be charged. I just don't get what's taking them so long.

    2. It's probably even bigger than O'Keefe (i.e., national) and that's why 1) it was taking so long (lot's of muck to wade through), 2) O'Keefe is whining to anyone who will listen and 3) the Wall Street Journal warned Scott Walker to "remember who his friends are" (when there was a rumor he was looking to make a deal).
