Christ, Give Me Strength

Today on Facebook Scott Walker posted this simple post.

Philippians 4:13

In case you were wondering:

Philippians 4:13

New King James Version (NKJV)
13 I can do all things through Christ[a] who strengthens me.

Apparently, Jesus is now in the divide and conquer game:

But the one thing Christ can't seem to do is create jobs in WI:

The agency also reported that Wisconsin did not add any new private-sector jobs in January.

We at Cog Dis always break the stories and this is no exception, we have exclusive footage of Scott Walker on his phone call from God!

  1. Someone should respond with Isaiah 10:

Woe to those who make unjust laws,
to those who issue oppressive decrees,
to deprive the poor of their rights
and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people,
    making widows their prey
    and robbing the fatherless.
What will you do on the day of reckoning,
    when disaster comes from afar?

    Right back at cha, Guv

  2. Notice whenever Walker plays the "Christian" card, it's to justify some of his BS, or a calculated move to make him seem "humble". There's never any sense of reflection on what he's doing, or in using scripture to guide him. It's a shield for this narcissist to hide behind.

It fits in well with Mammon-worshiping GOPs in the 262, but it sure doesn't sound anything like a follower of Jesus

  3. I'm wondering if he has been having trouble sleeping lately? Perhaps visions of his own upcoming trials and tribulations?

  4. Zero new jobs in January and an announcement this week that 150 jobs at Manitowoc Ice are headed for Mexico...
    Is it working yet?

  5. I stand with John Doe. The truth will come out eventually and maybe SKW is starting to hear the footsteps of it catching up with him.

  6. I stand with John Doe. SKW will play the Jesus thing all day long - but in the end his actions speak louder than his words. SKW is masterful in deceiving constituents in a way that only the Devil himself could pull off. I feel sorry for anyone in WI who thinks SKW is an honorable leader. SKW is a sociopath - always has been, always will be. He is no different than Jim Warren Jones - the Kool-Aid is just taking a lot longer to kill WI.

  8. The only time I say a prayer is when I am in trouble or having a rough time. He's in trouble more than we know and this is a huge tell in a game of politics poker.
