Our very own Rebecca Kleefisch recently gave an interview where she put her talents on display. Unfortunately for Wisconsin, there aren't any!
She added the state surplus of $419 million “enabled us to give an income tax cut,” that, though criticized by some, will help average families, she argued. “I think the average family understands this is just a down payment on the future. Also, if you saw a $100 bill on the sidewalk, would you walk by it? I’m a mother of two. That would mean 40 Little Caesars pizzas. That makes a tangible difference.”Seriously!
For the incredibly math challenged Kleefisch. I will not get into the fact that if you do "find" a $100 bill - You didn't earn that(where have I heard that line) so it is NOT yours to begin with. We will overlook her dishonesty in running to spend something she found without trying to look for the person who DID make that. We will also overlook the fact that a large majority in Wisconsin has lost wages in the last two years under her reign and that was not supposed to effect the economy but getting $100 back is a huge stimulus to the economy? No we will just take it to the elementary school level where Ms. Kleefisch might have peaked in her education.
A Little Ceaser's pizza cost $5.00, 40 Little Ceaser Pizza's would cost $200**. Which is twice as much as the $100 that someone else earned that she picked up!
Heaven Help Us! Let's hope her kids have some very good union teachers to help them get through school!
** that of course assumes she refuses to pay taxes in her purchase.
