Because AB 85/SB 95 Is All About Local Reform...

The state senate couldn't even wait until the State Assembly passed their version of the Plutocracy Power Grab Bill before they held their hearing.  I guess all those checks from Chris Abele and the Greater Milwaukee Committee finally cleared.

Anyway, this was in my inbox today (emphasis mine):

So neither house of the state legislature bothered holding a hearing in Milwaukee. So much for it being local like Abele and his minions claim.

The emphasized areas also expose another lie from these same miscreants. This is, as I have said all along, nothing more than a plutocratic power grab and has nothing at all to do with reform.

But with all the backstabbing that Abele and his minions have been doing to get this bill passed, the lying must come real easy to them.

I've said it before and I'll keep on saying it, but to me, the most disheartening thing about this whole deal is how some people went from shouting "Solidarity!" two years ago are now snarling "Austerity!"
