Republican Thugs - Phil Dziki Edition

When I was at Blogging Blue, there seemed an endless supply of stories to write about the bad behavior of the republicans and Walker supporters, as they realized they were losing their short term grip on power. I even labeled these stories as part of my Republican Thug series that had too many instances to count. Now that I have relocated here at CogDis, the republican thug stories keep on coming. This one from a republican, walker supporter and former elected official!
A federal investigator and former local elected official has been cited for repeatedly harassing a man gathering signatures during the governor recall petition drive Phil Dziki, 60, of Trevor, was cited for harassment and for unlawful use of a telephone. According to Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department reports, a man in blue Toyota — later determined to be Dziki — confronted the alleged victim while he and another man were gathering signatures in Old Settlers Park in Paddock Lake on Jan. 9. Dziki reportedly shouted at the man that he was not allowed in the park then pointed his finger at him “like a gun” or with “gun-like action” and drove away. Feeling threatened, the petition gatherers called 911. Before they were off the phone with the dispatcher, the car returned and the driver again pointed his finger at them in a gun-like motion.
So this federal investigator & former elected official is threatening others with a "gun-like" action. Brilliant! But as is wont to be the theme at this blog- but wait there's more!
When deputies traced the car’s license plate, they found it was registered to “Elmer D. Fedd, 123 Rabbit Hole Drive in Coon Valley.” “It appears given the close reference to the cartoon character Elmer Fudd, the registration was made fictitiously,” the sheriff department report states. Further investigation revealed that the car was registered to Dziki, an industry operations investigator with the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and a former member of the Wilmot School Board and Salem Town Board.
Wow he lied, who have ever guessed that republicans would lie??? SO he was driving around illegally, I wonder if JB wants to deport him? But wait, before we wrap this up, there's more!
About two month later, the alleged victim told the sheriff’s department that Dziki called him twice, saying he would be “scrubbing” the signatures the man collected on petitions “and if they find any false or bogus signatures he is going to fill out a sworn complaint” to make sure the man would be prosecuted. Dziki reportedly said he knew where the man, a retired firefighter, worked and said “when the recall ends in favor of Walker, I’m going to make sure that everyone knows that you and (the other man gathering signatures) and the others will be rewarded with a present. It will be a nice set of flowers with a note on it. It will be delivered to your fire house in Bristol.” In a second phone call, the caller said “I consider you to be a pariah in this county.”
So this sick freak not only threatens a recall petitioner with "gun-like" gestures, could not let it go and kept harassing this poor man! You say what harm could come with a former elected official messing with a citizen? Let me see if we can find any cases of a lunatic with a gun in WI causing any damage???? Nuff Said!

  1. I thought I had a good "coincidence" for you, but it isn't as good as I thought it might be.

In the spring of 2011 after the Republicans turned in their petitions to recall Dem senators, volunteers input the data from those petitions so that duplicates and out-of-district signers could be found and challenged.

During that data input, I found an "Elmer Fudd". When reading your post, I was pretty sure it was from Robert Wirch's district, meaning Kenosha. I didn't remember what address had been put down on the petition.

So, FWIW: Wirch petition #2629, line 10. "Elmer Fudd, 1251 Walker, Kenosha, 53140".

  2. "But as is want to be the theme at this blog- but wait there's more!"

Actually, it's "wont" not "want". The 2 words have very different meanings.

  3. Did he use his status as an investigator to run plates? That would be a no-no!

  4. Re: Elmer Fudd

After all the accusations that the recall petitions were full of signatures in the names of cartoon characters, it's ironic that the ones actually using cartoon character aliases are the recall opponents.

  5. Dziki would also have had access to the Homeland Security database. Don't we all feel safer now?

  6. Phil Dziki has also been a poll worker in Salem Township for several years. I wonder how many ballets he threw out that he did not like?

If Dziki is capable of forging State documents (DMV forms) then Dziki is capable of more. His integrity as a poll worker and federal official if gone.

Not to mention you do not go through all that trouble to falsify a car registration and not be up to criminal acts.

  7. A car that is not registered to an actual person or an entity created under and recognized by law that can own property? Weird. So he's so desperate to be secretive, he does something (but a name that is so off the beaten path a police officer thinks its not real) that should it to be stolen, he would have a difficult time asserting ownership...and how does one get insurance in compliance with current law under a fake name?

  8. If you search Kenosha County Court Records for Philip Dziki, you will see the records of the charges. He pled "not guilty" today to both charges; pretrial conference date is 7-6-2012. In the meantime, last week the person Dziki threatened has petitioned the court for a restraining order. I love online court records!

  9. Its funny how you have no idea what you are talking about, yet you believe the words. You people will twist anything to your advantage, you have no integrity, no honor.

  10. You might want to read up on your law before you make accusations. As a federal agent, Phil can use fictitious license plate registrations: "Confidential vehicle license plates and registrations may be issued to local, state, and federal government agencies for bona fide law enforcement purposes." As an investigator, Phil probably drives this car everywhere for work purposes, of course there's a fake registration. As for the name and address, come on people, have a sense of humor! Unless of course you are too busy pointing fingers (make a "gun" like gesture??) at people.

    1. This would qualify as misconduct in office and abuse of powers. That is something else that Republicans feel comfortable with, as long as they are the ones doing it, that is.

  11. His actions are not looked upon with favor by those who know him. REPUBLICAN or not. WEIRD is a wonderful adjective. And the fruit doesnt fall far from the tree.
